is the exclusive property of Karipe LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from Karipe’s content without prior written consent.

3. User-Generated Content

Users who upload, post, or submit content to the Platform (e.g., contractor profiles, reviews, images) grant Karipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content for promotional, operational, or legal purposes.
• Share user-generated content with third parties as needed to operate the Platform.

Users retain ownership of their content but acknowledge Karipe's perpetual right to use it while it remains on the Platform.

4. Trademark Policy

The "Karipe" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks owned by Karipe LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

A. Reporting Copyright Infringement

• A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized

B. Counter-Notification for Removed Content

If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notification to legal@karipe.com including:

• Identification of the removed content and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury explaining the error

• A statement consenting to jurisdiction in Wyoming
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

6. Prohibited Off-Platform Transactions

All communications and payments must occur through Karipe. Off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited.

7. Termination for IP Violations

Karipe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Karipe may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
